This is my private client framework. It guides everything we do together and keeps changes consistent and calm.

Rather than offering disconnected tips, I use a clear framework that addresses the biological, behavioural and cognitive drivers of insomnia.

We identify and adjust the environmental, behavioural and psychological cues that are reinforcing wakefulness rather than sleep.
